Villa Aava is a 400 m² seaside villa at Santalahti Resort in Kotka, Southern Finland. The villa has 10 bedrooms and accommodation for up to 18 guests, two private sauna areas, two fully equipped kitchens, and spacious living and dining areas. The glazed and heated terraces offer views of the sea and surrounding archipelago.
Villa Aava is ideal for holidays with family and friends, group accommodation, meetings, celebrations and corporate events. The dining and meeting areas accommodate up to 70 guests, while celebrations and other events can be arranged for up to 100 guests.
All 10 bedrooms have a private WC. With two sauna areas, two living rooms and generous shared spaces, Villa Aava is also well suited to larger groups staying together under one roof.
Guests staying at Villa Aava have easy access to all the services of Santalahti Resort. Within walking distance you will find Bistro Santalahti, saunas and the Nature Spa, a sandy beach, nature trails and a wide range of year-round activities.
Activities include minigolf and disc golf, as well as SUP boards, bicycles and winter activity equipment available for rent. Santalahti also has BBQ areas and outdoor grills for guests to use, with firewood included in the accommodation price.
