Santa Glass Villas are unique glass villas designed for two guests at Santalahti Resort in Kotka, Southern Finland. Located on seaside cliffs surrounded by nature, the villas offer panoramic views of the sea and surrounding landscape through their large glass walls.
Each Santa Glass Villa has a comfortable double bed, kitchenette, shower and WC, as well as a private terrace with its own 38°C outdoor hot tub. Floor and window heating together with an air-source heat pump for heating and cooling make the villa comfortable throughout the year.
The exterior surfaces of the windows are made of mirrored glass, while curtains inside the villa provide additional privacy whenever you want it. Enjoy the changing sea views and surrounding nature directly from your bed and private terrace.
YOUR OWN 38°C OUTDOOR HOT TUB – JUST FOR THE TWO OF YOU
Each Santa Glass Villa has its own private outdoor hot tub on the terrace. The water is kept at approximately 38°C, allowing you to relax outdoors and enjoy the sea views throughout the year.
We take pool hygiene seriously. The hot tubs are cleaned and the water is changed regularly, and our staff are trained in pool hygiene. We also work in cooperation with the relevant health authorities.

Your Santa Glass Villa stay includes breakfast for two, delivered directly to your villa.
Santalahti Resort’s activities are also included with your stay, subject to season, availability and the opening hours of the activity rental shop.
Depending on the season and availability, you can enjoy minigolf, disc golf, SUP boards, kayaks, electric bicycles, fatbikes, bicycles, skis and snowshoes. You can also explore Santalahti’s nature trails directly from the resort.
