Villa Aava is an impressive seaside villa for meetings, celebrations and corporate events. The venue accommodates approximately 70 guests for meetings and seated dining, and more than 100 guests for larger events. Spectacular sea views, catering and accommodation for up to 18 guests can all be combined in one location.
The 400 m² Villa Aava has 10 bedrooms, each with a private WC, two saunas, two kitchens and versatile meeting and presentation technology.
Bistro Santalahti’s glass-walled Meripaviljonki Sea Pavilion offers 360-degree views of the sea and surrounding nature. The venue can be arranged to suit your event, with relaxed lounge seating for approximately 40 guests or seated dining for up to 100 guests.
Meripaviljonki is heated and features a performance stage, event technology and a meeting screen. The venue is licensed to serve alcohol, and catering can be arranged according to your group’s wishes by Bistro Santalahti.
Takkatupa is an atmospheric, rustic-style meeting and event venue by the sea. Depending on the seating arrangement, Takkatupa offers seating for 30–46 guests and is suitable for meetings, recreation days, evening events and family celebrations. The fireplace, alder-wood interior and sea views create a warm and natural atmosphere.
Located next to Takkatupa, the Luppi meeting room is a peaceful maritime-themed lounge and small meeting space for up to 10 guests. It has sofas and chairs for 10 guests and is ideal for small meetings, working sessions or as a separate lounge during an event held in Takkatupa.
Both venues have TV meeting screens and are located next to each other.
The Lappish Shelter is a warm and atmospheric venue for meetings, evening gatherings and group events for up to 30 guests. A large open fireplace and relaxed atmosphere make it an ideal way to end a meeting or recreation day.
The Lappish Shelter is also ideal for combining with a sauna evening, and Santalahti’s catering services can be added to your event.
Santalahti’s saunas and Nature Spa are the perfect addition to a meeting, celebration or recreation day. Groups can enjoy a variety of Finnish sauna experiences, from traditional saunas to the unique Cave Smoke Sauna and the glass-roofed Santa Glass Sauna.
Between sauna sessions, relax in the heated outdoor pools, take a refreshing dip in the cold-water pool and enjoy the beautiful sea views. Our sauna and Nature Spa facilities are suitable for groups of up to 60 guests.
Santalahti’s catering services complement meetings, celebrations and other group events. Menus and refreshments are planned according to the occasion and your group’s wishes, from breakfasts and meeting refreshments to festive buffets and dinners.
We favour fresh, high-quality ingredients and, whenever possible, locally produced fish, vegetables and root vegetables. Catering for events at Santalahti can be arranged through Santalahti Resort’s group sales team.
