Santa Spa & Pet Villa is a pet-friendly holiday villa for 2–4 guests at Santalahti Resort in Kotka, Southern Finland, surrounded by the sea and nature. The villa has a private sauna, separate bedroom, fully equipped open-plan kitchen and living area, shower and WC, covered terrace and a private fenced pet yard. You can book the villa either without a hot tub or with your own private 38°C outdoor hot tub.
The bedroom has a 160 × 200 cm double bed, while the open-plan living area has a 150 × 200 cm sofa bed. Blankets, pillows, bed linen and bath towels for four guests are included in the accommodation price.
As in all Santa Spa and Sauna Villas, there is a pet and child gate at the entrance to the terrace, allowing the villa’s indoor spaces and terrace to form one continuous enclosed area. The Pet Villa also has direct access from the terrace to a private fenced pet yard. This means that the villa’s indoor spaces, terrace and pet yard form one continuous enclosed area.
Pets are welcome at no extra charge.
YOUR OWN PRIVATE 38°C OUTDOOR HOT TUB
Santa Spa & Pet Villa can be booked with a private outdoor hot tub for up to 3 guests. The hot tub is located on the villa’s terrace and is exclusively for guests staying in the villa.
The water is kept at approximately 38°C, allowing you to enjoy the outdoor hot tub throughout the year. The hot tub is cleaned and the water is changed between each booking. Our staff are trained in pool hygiene, allowing us to use chemicals that are gentle on the skin and respiratory system.

YOUR OWN PRIVATE FENCED PET YARD
Santa Spa & Pet Villa has its own private fenced pet yard with direct access from the covered terrace.
There is a pet and child gate at the main entrance to the terrace. Together with the fenced pet yard, this creates one continuous enclosed area consisting of the villa’s indoor spaces, covered terrace and private pet yard.
This makes staying with a dog particularly convenient, as your pet can move between the villa, terrace and private yard within the same enclosed area.
Pets stay at Santalahti at no extra charge.
Pet yard rules 24/7: Please be considerate of your neighbours, keep your pet under control and clean up after your pet.
Staying with pets at Santalahti
Santa Spa & Pet Villa guests have easy access to all the services of Santalahti Resort. Within walking distance you will find Bistro Santalahti, the sandy beach, nature trails and a wide range of year-round activities.
Activities include minigolf and disc golf, as well as SUP boards, bicycles and winter activity equipment available for rent. Santalahti also has BBQ areas and outdoor grills for guests to use, with firewood included in the accommodation price.
